Entertainment Or Just Business?

As a movie buff, especially a fan of action, the beginning of May is an exciting time: All of the summer blockbusters hit the multiplexes. I simply enjoy the movie going experience so much that I even drive a long distance, sometimes up to 45 miles, to go to a movie theatre where I will get the optimal sound and picture for the movie I want to see. Now, living in the Los Angeles community, it’s not very hard to find a theatre nearby, but everything has to be perfect for this time of year for me. There’s only one problem: The movies themselves!

Cinderella’s Sister

Music is one of the most important part of a Korean drama. It is called a Korean drama OST and also formally known as original soundtrack. Each of these OSTs have a distinct sound that often allows people to remember the drama, the feelings, and emotions that were felt by a character. And Cinderella’s Sister OST is no exception. Cinderella’s Sister OST is perhaps the best soundtrack that was ever created for any Korean drama. It’s a masterpiece.

Cinderella’s Sister is a Korean television drama that depicts the story of Song Eun Jo, Cinderella’s evil stepsister. The drama tells you about Song Eun Jo’s challenging life, influenced by her mother who cons and steals from other people. Song Eun Jo and Hong Ki Hoon fall in love for each other but they conceal their feelings for one another.

Fringe Festival 2010

At the beautiful Annex Theatre you can not help but be submersed in the atmosphere alone. I Have attended many shows at this theatre over the years especially when “The Fringe Festival” has taken its course.

On July 2nd I attended the opening night of “Just The Ticket”, A comedic story of deceit, trauma and manipulation. The cast of 4 Staring John Jacob, Eric Regimbald, Eric Mamann and Vicki Velenosi did a wonderful job in bringing laughter while maintaining their ground and performance.

The play is about Colin Fandango (played by Eric Regimbald) who has a desperate need of Billy Joel Tickets. While visiting the “Big City” He is in for the ride of his life as he deals with shady characters and swindlers who are looking to take advantage of this country boy new to the city.

What Are Dreams Made Of?

It’s a question that has plagued mankind for as long as we have existed. We know the “real world” of our waking state. We can feel, taste, see and in general, experience it through our senses and our surroundings. This is our reality. Or is it?

Mystics have been saying for centuries that our world is nothing but an illusion. It is a very persistent and convincing illusion to be fair, but not real in the way we think it is. At least, that is one theory, and certain aspects of quantum physics seems to bear this out. In fact, our dreams may be the reality that keeps us grounded. That may not be as silly as it first sounds.

The Internet is full of pages about dreams. One page describes dreams as “the involuntary conjuring up of images, sounds, ideas and feelings as well as other sensations during sleep.” Does that describe your dreams? Is that an accurate description of what dreams are made of? Perhaps not…

Wildlife Photography

Many people seemed contented with photographs of birds, flowers and bugs taken in their backyard or around their home. Some yearn to take their photography experience to the next level by capturing Wildlife subjects in preserves, national parks or perhaps in the actual wilderness. You hold a responsibility for your subject and others who are also enjoying the wildlife abundance as soon as you pack your photography gear.

You have to keep in mind to understand your projected subject as much as possible. You can talk to a biologist that is an expert on the group you want to photograph. Remember, there are occasions if the wildlife subjects feels irritated or threatened, it can bring a possible danger to the photographer.
